The famous push email application that used to offer advanced features such as multiple accounts or corporate emails for an extra fee is now completely free. Thus, you can now use Emoze to send and receive push emails for several accounts, retrieve your Facebook messages directly in your Emoze inbox and create customized folders to save your messages. The fact that Nokia Messaging is becoming a paid application all over the world may have lead Emoze to make their application free and therefore get rid of their pro version so that they could attract disappointed users.

Nokia's ESeries devices are known to be professional and reliable devices that feature many applications to let business users be very productive using their phone. Those devices look generally pretty good, without being very design products and thus are not very slim and small. The E55 brings a change here as it is the smallest Nokia device meant for email and professional usage while being light and very classy thanks to its modern design. Offering an extraordinary battery life, the E55 can be used when travelling or during busy work weeks without having to think of charging your phone.

The E55 also has advanced features making both your personal and business your life easier, thanks to its VPN and other professional-oriented functionalities but also its more multimedia assets, like its GPS chip, multimedia player or its big screen that's very convenient to watch movies and videos.

Nokia-C5-4

Rumors were true, Nokia is launching a new series of "cheaper" Symbian phones targeting customers with basic needs but still willing to buy a smartphone. The first device inaugurating this new range of C-Series phones is the Nokia C5, specially designed for Social Networking. What makes this new device particular is its price tag compared to what it can offer, as the C5 features a Symbian S60 Operating System, a 2.2" QVGA screen, a 3.2MP camera, an integrated GPS chip, 3G (HSDPA/HSUPA), a MicroSD slot, FM Radio and a 3.5mm audio jack. The Nokia C5 is very light (82 grams) and small (12,3 x 46 x 112 mm) even though it's a pretty powerful device. Its battery can last up to 12 hours during GSM conversations and 26 days standing by, which is one of the greatest battery lives ever for a Symbian device.

oviNokia has recently revealed they will completely revamp their Nokia Music Store and rename it "Ovi Music", which isn't very surprising as most of their services are now bearing the name of their platform. The fact that the Music Store was becoming part of Ovi was somehow expected, especially knowing the Finnish company recently made its PC music application part of Ovi; it thus sounds logic they are doing the same with the mobile service. Even though this will imply some design changes in the platform, the major change brought by Ovi Music will be the complete removal of DRM protection and of the WMA format.

oviNokia released a new beta version of its famous GPS navigation software yesterday, announcing it as faster and offering smoother scrolling and zooming. Not only the application's performance has been improved, its search engine is now more user friendly but the main change is definitely the implementation of a network-based localization service, that is able to locate you pretty accurately without the need of any 3G access.
